Online by completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person per day).  2.  Hand printing your name, complete address, age and phone number on a separate piece of paper and mailing to:  Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Corp., 2000 Ocean Avenue, Ronkonkoma, NY  11779, Attention:  Sharon McGovern.  Mailed entries must be received prior to posted drawing date.  3.  Completing an entry form at any Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply location.  All winners will be selected by random drawing on the posted drawing date, and will be contacted either by phone and/or mail.  Prizes can not be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash.  Nassau Suffolk Lumber reserves the right to substitute the prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.

Contractor Connection database or Find-An-Architect listing, you acknowledge that Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Corp. is not acting as your contractor, lawyer or agent. It is your responsibility to select a contractor, check all references, and to negotiate terms for any work performed, not that of Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Corp. You should consult with appropriate expert advisors to assist in your home improvements, including a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other necessary documentation, and an insurance professional regarding the contractors' and your own insurance coverage requirements. Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Corp. does not (i) recommend or endorse any specific contractor or architect, (ii) provide advise of which contractor or architect to select, or (iii) screen contractors personal credit or legal standing. Nassau Suffolk Lumber & Supply Corp. relies on electronic data provided by third parties and on statements made by contractors to determine the content of the Contractor Connection database. Due to the inherent time delay in the data gathering process, pending actions or other issues affecting a contractor's record may have occurred which were not captured in the third party data sources used.
